About the Role:
We are seeking highly driven and experienced Business Development Managers to lead client acquisition and Contractor/Permanent engagement within the IT Services, Telecom, and Emerging Technology sectors. This is a 180° sales-focused role, ideal for proactive individuals who can develop and grow a Contractor/Permanent base across multiple skill verticals while securing new client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Logo Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure new clients within the IT Services, Telecom, and Emerging Tech landscapes.
- Contractor/Permanent Base Development: Build and maintain a strong network of Contractor/Permanent clients across relevant verticals.
- Market Strategy & Expansion: Conduct market research and implement business development strategies to penetrate key markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and long-term engagement.
- Commercial Negotiations: Structure competitive contract terms to maximize revenue and client retention.
- Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with overall business objectives.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in contractor/permanent recruitment business development, with a proven track record of securing new clients.
- Strong understanding of IT Services, Telecom, and Emerging Technology markets.
- Experience in developing and managing a Contractor/Permanent base across multiple skill verticals.
- Self-starter mentality: able to work independently and drive results without constant supervision.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Highly competitive commission structure: <35% of all commission generated for each new client onboarded during the first 12 months of the contractual agreement.
- 20% commission indefinitely: on revenue generated from each client logo beyond the first 12 months.
- Uncapped earning potential: with no restrictions on commission payouts.
