ERP Business Development Manager – Midmarket

We’re growing fast and looking for a high-performing ERP Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the charge in winning new business across the UK midmarket.

You’ll focus on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, supported by our talented presales, marketing and delivery teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to close – for ERP software, consultancy and managed services
• Lead client meetings, demos, workshops and proposals
• Identify new opportunities in both greenfield and existing accounts
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to drive pipeline and revenue
• Promote the Codestone value proposition and close deals that make a real impact

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven success in selling ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) to midmarket or enterprise clients
• Strong understanding of finance processes (accounting knowledge a plus)
• Confident in client-facing roles – from discovery to negotiation
• Self-starter with commercial awareness, resilience and consultative selling skills
• Experience in fit-to-standard ERP and/or managed services is a bonus
