- Experience within PPE is advantageous
- Strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project leadership skills
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach and high accountability
- Fluent in English; willing to travel up to 60% across the region
