Salary: £45k to £50k base depending on experience, with a realistic OTE of up to £80k in the first year
Location: Remote - weekly team calls and quarterly in-person reviews
This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading, fast-growing e-Procurement SaaS provider in a direct sales role targeting businesses across the EMEA region, with sole ownership of the French market.
As a key member of the commercial team, you will have full authority to develop and execute your own sales strategies with support from our Sales Management, Marketing, and Partner teams.

About You
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, selling into mid-market organizations with varying levels of technology adoption, from first-time software users to those transitioning from traditional suites to best-of-breed platforms.
Our business has focused on providing real-world technological solutions within procurement for over 14 years, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business value.
Success in this role requires a demonstrated history of achieving quarterly revenue targets, a solution-selling approach, and the ability to identify and address business challenges effectively.

Primary duties include:
- Employing modern, multi-channel outbound prospecting techniques to identify new business opportunities
- Engaging with decision-makers and practitioners to uncover pain points and present solutions via remote sessions, calls, and visits
- Using a consultative sales approach to highlight ROI and risks of inaction, creating sales momentum
- Delivering initial demos and tailored solution presentations matching client needs
- Negotiating terms based on clear pricing structures and progressing deals to closure
- Maintaining CRM records and forecasts, participating in sales reviews and training
