• Business Development Manager Position within HR/Payroll
• Must have HCM / Payroll / HR SW experience
• Established consultancy business generating in excess of £200M Revenue
• Basic salary – Circa £40K

About the Role

• Early salesperson within the team
• Running full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
• Winning new business being the main focus with a 50/50 split between cold and warm leads
• Selling to C-Suite / HR

About the Candidate

• Circa 2+ years new business sales experience in HR/Payroll
• Experience selling to C-Suite and HR
• Must be proactive, comfortable challenging stakeholders and driven to achieve targets

About the Package

• Basic salary - £40K + £30K OTE
• Fantastic benefits with up to 40 days AL
