Salary:
Location: Central London (Hybrid 1-2 days in office, with travel to clients, events, and networking)
Overview:
We are seeking a Growth Leader / Business Development Manager to fuel our next phase of expansion. With nearly 40 years of legacy, outstanding customer satisfaction, and long-standing client relationships, our MSP offers strategic IT solutions, leveraging strong Microsoft and Cisco partnerships, for professional services, manufacturing firms, and more.
The ideal candidate will be a proven IT sales professional with recent experience in MSP sales, a deep understanding of consultative selling, and a passion for building lasting client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth by identifying, targeting, and converting new logo opportunities in the SMB space
- Plan and execute sales campaigns aligned with business goals
- Build and nurture relationships with technology vendors to leverage MDF and co-branded events
- Communicate compelling value propositions tailored to client needs
- Report on pipeline activity, sales metrics, and progress towards goals
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and thought leadership with internal teams

Experience Required:
- Proven success in sales/business development within MSP sector
- Experience managing a high-quality sales pipeline
- Familiarity with IT services industry vendors such as MS Azure, Pax8, Hornet, KnowBe4, Cisco Meraki, ConnectWise, Datto, Axcient, Huntress, and Exclaimer
- Ability to integrate into teams and understand company and client needs quickly
