You will make an impact by:
- RSM UK is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to manage our Alliance partnership with Oracle NetSuite.
- This pivotal role sits at the intersection of partnership management and sales execution, responsible for nurturing the relationship with Oracle NetSuite, identifying joint opportunities, and converting them into successful wins.
- As the primary liaison between RSM UK and Oracle NetSuite Alliance channel, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building RSM's value proposition, and ensuring alignment between sales pursuit teams of the two organisations.
- This is a high-impact role for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building strong partnerships and closing deals.
What we are looking for:
You will be reporting to the head of NetSuite alliance at RSM UK and will work closely with marketing and service delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle NetSuite, managing the day-to-day relationship and ensuring alignment on joint sales pursuits.
- Opportunity Development: Identify, nurture, and qualify leads generated through the Oracle NetSuite ecosystem. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions. Work with other RSM service lines to identify cross referrals.
- Sales Execution: Drive the sales cycle from opportunity identification through to deal closure. Work with the pursuit team to structure commercial terms and ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across RSM UK and Oracle NetSuite, including sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
- Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM tools and regular reporting.
Competencies and Experience
- Proven Track Record: Robust and demonstrable success in business development, alliance management, or channel sales-ideally within the ERP, SaaS, or technology consulting space.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP platforms is highly desirable. Understanding of the mid-market consulting landscape is a plus.
- Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organisation.
- Commercial Acumen: Skilled in structuring deals, negotiating terms, and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Self-Starter: Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
