Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, hybrid position primarily based in the South of England, with remote working and regular visits to our office in Cheshire and clients in the South.

You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, with a focus on Local Authority Highways Departments and Term Maintenance Contractors. You will also play a key role in nurturing existing client relationships and promoting the full range of Miles Macadam’s products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proven track record in similar roles within the surfacing sector is a plus

Package

Competitive salary. Basic £35 - 50k dependent on experience, plus company and performance bonus. Pension, fully expensed Tesla Y.
