Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager covering the UK, Ireland, and BENELUX markets. The successful candidate does not need to be based in the UK, as the position is fully remote. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategies to expand the company’s presence in the assigned markets, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include active sales calls, conducting product trainings, attending industry events, and preparing sales reports.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities in the UK, Ireland, and BENELUX markets.
  • Build and maintain client relationships with partners across destinations, hotels, resorts, DMCs, and cruise ships.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s presence in assigned markets and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct active sales calls, product trainings, and attend industry events.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and insights to inform strategic decisions.
