We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Director to join our growing Sales Team at CRS. The successful candidate will report to the Commercial Director.

The sales department is responsible for:

• Driving the development of the company’s business through profitable growth, in line with the approved annual budgets and business plans.
• Achieving pre-agreed revenue targets from new and existing client sales.
• Maintaining and improving quality of service in accordance with business standards to ensure clients receive excellent overall service.
• Forming sales strategies to keep the business competitive and innovative.
• Following and promoting best practices in accordance with company policies, procedures, and legislation.
• Marketing CRS positively.
• Generating leads into CRS.

Job Summary

As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for planning and managing marketing campaigns to be delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with the sales department to identify new target markets and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend client review meetings as required.
• Represent CRS at trade exhibitions and industry events.
• Provide reporting on marketing campaign effectiveness and results.
• Provide detailed MI at sales review meetings and for the Board.
• Ensure the company’s CRM system is kept up to date with accurate data at all times.
• Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams from sales.
• Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth across all company products.
• Support the Directorial Team as required.
