Business Development Manager - Managed Network & Communication Solutions
Location: Home-based / Hybrid
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to 75k basic, plus competitive bonus and car allowance
We're seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our high-performing Connected Services team. This role focuses on driving growth in Connectivity, Networking, SASE (Secure Access Service Edge), and UC&X (Unified Communications & Experience) offerings.
This is a great opportunity for someone who excels in the fast-paced tech solutions space and knows how to build trust while delivering results. The primary focus is on new logo acquisition.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and secure new customers across connectivity and communication solutions.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and procurement teams.
- Collaborate with technical specialists to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Create and execute sales strategies based on market insights and business priorities.
- Stay current on industry shifts, competitive trends, and emerging technologies.
- Manage a healthy pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Support customer success through internal collaboration across delivery and support teams.
- Lead bid preparation and present proposals in internal commercial review sessions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development across Connectivity, Networking, SASE, or Unified Communications.
- Strong understanding of technologies like MPLS, SD-WAN, DIA, LAN/WAN, VoIP, Teams, or Contact Centre solutions.
- Ability to articulate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
