About the Role:
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in stainless steel fluid equipment or engineering solutions, especially within the beverage, dairy, biotech, or chemical processing industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market share in European industrial sectors
Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and partners
Manage the full sales cycle: tendering, quoting, negotiating, and closing deals
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
Coordinate technical discussions with internal engineering teams
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
Requirements:
Proven FIVE YEARS experience in business development or technical sales, ideally within stainless steel fluid equipment or related engineering projects
Strong industry knowledge in beverage, dairy, biotech, or chemical processing
Familiarity with European industrial markets and customer needs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and travel across Europe as required
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
