Business Development Manager – Electro-Mechanical – South/South West

Location: Hampshire or Buckinghamshire Office – 2 days per week, with a minimum of 3 days of customer visits.

Hours: 8:30 – 17:00

Salary: Negotiable DOE plus Bonus and Commission scheme and company car.

1to1 Group is recruiting a Key Account Manager to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales in the South and South West and Home counties.

The role is based at either the Buckinghamshire head office or the Winchester Hampshire factory, with at least 3 customer visits per week. Flexibility for remote work is available for emergency childcare or other needs.

Requirements include experience in B2B sales, preferably with a technical background in electromechanical products, and excellent communication skills for building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Account management of 100+ key customers within the territory.
• Developing and creating new business opportunities.
• Maintaining and developing customer relationships with a clear understanding of projects.
• Preparing sales strategies and value propositions.
• Following up on potential sales leads.
• Ensuring regular customer visits to maintain service and stay informed on new designs and products.
• Forecasting sales revenues for the territory.
• Achieving or surpassing sales targets.

Skills:

• B2B Sales and Account Management
• Electro-Mechanical, Electro-Components, or Electronics Distribution background
• Proven experience in creating new business opportunities
• Experience in exceeding sales targets
