Your mission:


Own new business — identify, pitch, and win new accounts with senior decision makers in global organizations

Build and execute killer account plans to grow client spend

Deliver powerful, consultative pitches that sell value, not just price

Expand relationships inside client organisations to lock in long-term wins and recurring revenues

Use world-class tools like Apollo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator to fuel your pipeline

Drive $5M+ in gross revenues annually — and blow past your quota


What you’ll need to win:


  • A proven and demonstrable track record of smashing new business sales targets in HR consultancy, HR tech, or recruitment and staffing solutions.
  • Deep understanding of contingent workforce hiring and direct sourcing models
  • Love for technology-driven solutions and the future of talent marketplaces
  • Relentless self-starter mentality — you don’t wait for deals to find you
  • Strong negotiation skills and a consultative selling approach with demonstrable experience in creating relationships with senior decision-makers, from initial outreach through to creating advocate accounts
