£35k Basic + Commission OTE of £60-£65k | Car Allowance of £5k | Phone & Laptop Provided | Field Sales & Work from Home

We are working in partnership with a Car Finance company, a leading company in the motor finance industry, we are searching for a dynamic Business Development Manager to cover the Oxfordshire area, as they continue to grow!

This is a field sales role with the flexibility to work from home, but occasional visits to our HQ will be required.

What’s on Offer:

• £35k basic salary with OTE £65k
• 21 days holiday + bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong dealer relationships
• Identify and bring on board new dealers

About You:

• Proven sales and relationship management experience within the motor industry
• A valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Motivated to achieve targets
