Overview

Business Development Representative - DACH at 360Learning is a role focused on generating opportunities from 360Learning top priority, highest potential accounts in the DACH region. You will own these accounts and create business opportunities for DACH Account Executives through inbound and outbound leads qualification. You will use sales development techniques and tools to engage prospects and build a strong sales pipeline.

This role involves qualifying inbound and outbound leads, pitching the 360Learning value proposition, and identifying customer pain points. You will collaborate with your coach, marketing operations, demand gen, and sales, benefiting from onboarding and ongoing coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and create opportunities for Account Executives in the DACH region
  • Engage prospects using sales development techniques and tools
  • Pitch the 360Learning value proposition and understand customer pain points
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Demand Gen, and Sales to build and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Partner with Account Executives to manage the sales process and forecast performance
  • Contribute to onboarding and ongoing learning opportunities

Qualifications

  • First experience in a B2B SaaS environment (BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales)
  • Experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound
  • Preferred but not mandatory: experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Active listening, ability to uncover customer needs, adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Native German and fluent English (B2 level or equivalent)
