The Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Solink, you will drive growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities. Your responsibilities involve outreach and organizational tasks that help the Sales team increase velocity and revenue. This role suits individuals who are passionate about tech, security, and the industries we serve. What You’ll Do

  • Prospect Target Accounts: Identify and reach out to new customers—focusing on businesses with 100+ locations in key industries like Retail and Restaurants.
  • Qualify and Convert Leads: Conduct discovery conversations to qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring alignment with Solink’s ideal customer profile before handing off to Account Executives.
  • Respond with Urgency: Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries with timely, professional responses that spark interest.
  • Drive Pipeline Growth: Consistently book qualified meetings with high-potential prospects to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Execute Proactive Outreach: Use cold calls, personalized emails, and social touches to generate new opportunities and introduce Solink to untapped accounts.
  • Leverage Sales Tech: Utilize LinkedIn, Gong, Loom, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot to optimize outreach and maintain meticulous CRM records.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Account Executives to align on outreach strategy and share field learnings.
  • Showcase Solink at Events: Represent Solink at trade shows and industry events to spark conversations and generate leads face-to-face.

What You Bring

  • Must-Have: Business-Savvy Communicator — University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience; strong communication and time-management skills.

  • Executive-Level Conversationalist — Comfortable speaking with small business owners to VPs and C-level executives at Fortune 1000 companies.
