The Role
As Business Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers — identifying, qualifying, and creating opportunities for the sales team to close. You’ll build pipeline with mid-market and enterprise prospects, leveraging outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and strategic research. This is a high-energy role with two clear progression paths:
- Step up into a closing role as an Account Executive
- Build and lead the BDR function as the company scales
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a lead generation, inside sales, or BDR/SDR role (SaaS or tech environment ideal)
