Ready to take on a dynamic role where creativity fuels pipeline? We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) in the AMERS region who will be responsible for generating new qualified opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting for their Account Executive partners.

As the first point of contact for many of our target prospects, BDRs need to have a strong understanding of Kinsta’s product and sales process, excel at researching accounts, personalizing outreach, and creating meaningful conversations that lead to qualified meetings. You’ll use a variety of outbound tools and techniques to break into new accounts and maintain accurate contact and company records in the CRM. BDRs who establish high performance and align with the Kinsta Ethos will unlock opportunities for growth within the revenue organization.

Information for Applicants from the United States: The starting salary for this position for candidates based in the United States is typically between $35,000 and $50,000. The salary offered to the successful candidate will be determined based on multiple individual factors such as their skills, specialized knowledge, professional qualifications, experience, geographic location and the responsibilities of the position. The total compensation package for this position may also include elements in addition to salary which will be communicated in writing to the successful candidate in an offer of employment.
