Business Development - M&A - London - Up to £40k basic, uncapped OTE


A leading corporate finance firm is seeking a commercially minded, proactive, and highly organised individual to join its award-winning M&A team.


This role focuses on early - stage deal origination — identifying and engaging with prospective business owners considering a transaction.


Ideal candidates will have experience in sales, lead generation, or business development and be keen to develop a career in M&A.


Strong communication skills, a self-starting attitude, and comfort working to engagement KPIs are essential.


Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and the M&A process is a plus.
