During the “hypercare” period, the role will provide strategic guidance to the Africa Exec on BI controls, risks, and compliance matters, providing guidance on the re-establishment of a strong BI function and the delivery of Project Nova. The role will re-establish the connection between the SWC and Market teams to ensure issues, SpeakUps and investigations are appropriately flagged, escalated and managed at market investigation. Where appropriate, the role holder will also run investigations that require above-Market management.
