RPS, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking a Business Support Executive based in Cambridge, Brighton, London, or Bristol.
We may consider a part-time role (minimum 30 hours). Please specify your preference in your application.
The Business Support Executive will assist the BSM (Administration) in providing high-level administrative support to technical teams across various locations. They will also support the training and development of the Business Support team.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support such as document editing, printing, binding, and scanning
- Organizing staff social events and wellbeing activities
- Managing diaries and travel bookings
- Supporting bid teams with standard company information for proposals
- Assisting with IMS tasks and audits
- Supporting marketing and business development activities
- Onboarding new employees and managing equipment orders
- Facilities management at RPS-controlled offices
- Processing supplier invoices and supporting financial management
- Deputizing for the BSM and supporting senior teams
