We’re searching for a Business Support Executive to fill a role that sits at the heart of business operations and customer engagement. It’s an opening for someone who enjoys variety in their work, values collaboration, and takes pride in delivering high standards of service across internal teams, customers, and partner networks. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s Business Sales function whilst building strong working relationships and enhancing customer experiences.
The Role
This is more than an administrative role, you’ll become a critical part of a high performing team, ensuring operations run smoothly and customers feel supported throughout their journey. You’ll be involved in:
- Acting as a first point of contact for incoming enquiries from customers, retailers, and corporate partners, providing accurate and timely responses.
- Create and issue bespoke vehicle quotes for SME clients, tailored to their business needs.
- Coordinate test drive bookings with local retailers, acting as a reliable liaison between the customer and the sales network.
Operational Coordination
- Manage the demonstration vehicle fleet: booking vehicles, overseeing availability, and coordinating logistics with the sales team and event organisers.
- Support the planning and delivery of business events and retailer meetings, managing attendee lists, RSVPs, and logistical details.
- Provide consistent administrative support to the wider sales and marketing teams, helping to prepare reports, track KPIs, and share insights.
CRM & Data Management
- Accurately update and maintain customer records using Salesforce CRM.
- Log enquiries and allocate leads to the appropriate internal contact to ensure a smooth customer handover.
- Identify trends or issues in customer interactions and suggest improvements to processes or communication.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Is someone who is hands-on, adaptable, and takes ownership of their work.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills and can confidently speaking with stakeholders at all levels
- Can demonstrate previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Possesses effective organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Relies on detail and can proactively approach problem-solving
- Is comfortable using digital tools and CRMs (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Resides within a commutable distance of Harrogate
- Has a full, permanent right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
