Role Profile – Business Support Manager to CEO UK & Ireland

Reports To: CEO of UK & Ireland

Location: Bristol – hybrid role, expected to be in the office a minimum of 2 days per week

Term: This is a fixed-term cover likely to run until April 2026. Part-time working will be considered, but a minimum of 25 hours per week/daily support is required.

Start date: We are looking for the right candidate to start in mid-August to allow for a 4-6 week handover with the current postholder.

About

This dual role combines skills of a Business Support Manager and a PA. You will oversee administrative and operational support services, ensure efficient office operations, support senior leadership with project and performance tracking, and contribute to improving internal processes. You will also provide high-level personal support to the CEO, acting as a gatekeeper, problem-solver, and coordinator, handling confidential tasks with discretion and initiative.
