An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and engaging Business Teacher to join a well-regarded independent school in Salisbury. This is a full-time role, starting immediately, and includes a blend of in-person and online teaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Business lessons to students at KS4 and KS5 (GCSE and A-Level or equivalent)
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that inspire and challenge learners
• Support students in achieving strong academic outcomes and developing real-world business understanding
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and departmental development
• Deliver some sessions online, ensuring consistency and quality across both learning environments

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Business at secondary level, ideally including A-Level
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for business education
• Confident using digital platforms for online teaching
• Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
