Business Training & Development Partner - Global Business Solutions - UK (Hiring Immediately)

Job Description:

The Business Training & Development team aims to enhance individual and team performance, promote career growth, and nurture talent within the company. The focus areas include product education, sales enablement, leadership, and professional development.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Market Sales Leaders and Cross-functional Partners (Product, Marketing) to implement strategic initiatives.
  2. Design effective programs in sales, leadership, and product areas based on identified skill gaps.
  3. Deliver impactful workshops that boost the confidence and competence of sales teams.
  4. Ensure initiatives provide managers with the support, resources, and tools needed for learning adoption.
  5. Coordinate with Global BTD teams to share learning experiences and improve operations.
  6. Manage planning, communication, and milestone measurement for strategic initiatives.
  7. Report on market impact regularly to leadership teams.
  8. Oversee the market training budget, monitoring its impact.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in sales and/or learning and development.
  • Experience managing and facilitating effective training programs.
  • Experience creating training materials (presentations, videos, guides).
  • Experience in sales coaching; familiarity with coaching frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including virtual training engagement techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
  • Senior stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the digital advertising landscape.
