Business Travel Consultants

We are an established Travel Management company seeking to expand our team. Due to continued growth, we are hiring an experienced Business Travel Consultant / Senior Business Travel Consultant with proficiency in Galileo.

This role involves working on a variety of corporate accounts across different sectors, providing high-level service while booking point-to-point and multi-sector worldwide flights, hotels, and transfers. The position offers a flexible, fully remote work arrangement, but candidates must be located in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Booking worldwide travel arrangements for corporate clients using Galileo.
2. Arranging flights, hotels, car hire, and rail bookings, and providing travel and visa advice.
3. Managing changes and cancellations.
4. Ticketing functions.

Skills and Experience Required:

1. Experience as a Business Travel Consultant using GDS Galileo.
2. Strong knowledge of flights and fares.
3. Ticketing experience preferred.
