Role Overview:

We are seeking a CAFM Manager with facilities maintenance background and strong CAFM experience. This hybrid position based in Seascale involves being the go-to specialist for all CAFM-related queries, leading system development and optimisation, and supporting ongoing training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical expert for CAFM systems and queries
• Optimise and maintain the CAFM system
• Provide ongoing training and support to staff

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience with CAFM software and facilities management
