Campaign Build Manager
Location: Reading (Hybrid)
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Three benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday – core hours between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm
Duration: Permanent
Hybrid working – 2‑3 days in office per week, flexibility based on team expectations
Responsibilities
- Leading end‑to‑end implementation and optimisation of Adobe Experience Platform solutions, including Real‑Time CDP and Adobe Journey Optimiser
- Translating business requirements into scalable, actionable AEP use cases
- Designing and managing XDM schemas, datasets, merge policies, and identity configurations to enable accurate data capture and segmentation
- Integrating AEP with external systems using APIs and other methods to ensure performance, scalability, and efficiency
- Monitoring and optimising data flows through testing, analytics, and performance tuning
- Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders—challenging, guiding, and aligning technical delivery with business goals
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers to grow internal expertise
- Defining and documenting processes, standards, and QA frameworks to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery
- Staying ahead of Adobe’s evolving roadmap and best practices to drive innovation and value
Qualifications
- Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform: Proven hands‑on experience with Real‑Time CDP, Journey Optimiser, and translating Adobe Campaign Classic into AEP solutions.
- Data architecture and integration: Strong grasp of XDM schemas, identity services, APIs, and data governance, with proficiency in SQL and platforms like Snowflake.
- Stakeholder and team leadership: Skilled in managing expectations, influencing decisions, and mentoring team members to build technical capability.
- Process and quality excellence: Experience defining documentation standards, QA frameworks, and scalable processes for digital marketing and data projects.
- Agile delivery: Comfortable working in agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence to drive collaboration and efficiency.
