Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign briefs and bring them to life using Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • Work with customer data to create personalised and relevant communications across channels, including email, SMS, app, and social media.
  • Build and execute campaigns using our toolset, including automation and personalisation capabilities.
  • Ensure campaigns are set up for success, with a focus on data quality, management, and compliance with regulations like GDPR.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Curious and analytical, with a passion for understanding customer behaviour and campaign performance.
  • Experience in delivering targeted and personalised campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an understanding of data structures and tools.
  • Ability to work with data segmentation logic, customer permissions, and targeting rules.

Location & Working Pattern

Location: Reading, United Kingdom. Hybrid working. Full-time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday – core hours 10:00–16:00. Working arrangement to be confirmed with line manager.
