Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday – core hours between 10.00am and 4.00pm

Job Description
We're looking for someone to help us build and deploy personalised customer communications that make a real difference to our customers. As a Campaign Build Specialist, you'll work closely with your team to create and deliver targeted campaigns that drive engagement and loyalty.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign briefs and bring them to life using Adobe Campaign Classic
- Work with customer data to create personalised and relevant communications across various channels, including email, SMS, app, and social media
- Build and execute campaigns using our toolset, including automation and personalisation capabilities
- Ensure campaigns are set up for success, with a focus on data quality, management, and compliance with regulations like GDPR
- Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
Who you are:
- Someone who is curious and analytical, with a passion for understanding customer behaviour and campaign performance
- Experience in delivering targeted and personalised campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, digital marketing, and campaign management
- Strong analytical skills, with an understanding of data structures and tools
- Ability to work with data segmentation logic, customer permissions, and targeting rules
