Cantonese-speaking/ native English speaking Paralegal / Legal Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Cantonese-speaking Paralegal / Legal Consultant to provide expert legal advice in employment law and commercial/corporate matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing legal issues, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and must have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in employment law and commercial drafting/ reviewing agreements.

Requirements:

• Native-level English proficiency and fluency in Cantonese
• Professional, presentable, and mature demeanor, with the ability to engage confidently with clients

This is a fully remote position that offers flexibility in how you practice law. To meet client expectations around turnaround times, we request a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, distributed across Monday to Friday. Please note that, as this is a freelance engagement, we cannot guarantee consistent work volume.
