The Purpose of the Role
As a Case Management Assistant, you will provide operational support to Clinical Case Managers.
Responsibilities include:
- Research services, equipment, or goods required by clients.
- Book and coordinate travel, appointments, and service providers.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and monitor client spending accounts.
- Assist clients with meeting preparations and follow-up on medical records.
- Support administrative duties and organize meetings with proper documentation.
- Gather pre-meeting reports and summaries.
- Undertake direct client work, including establishing timetables and implementing strategies.
- Set up taxi accounts and bookings.
- Update goal sheets and risk assessments as needed.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking apps.
- Experience working with disabled or vulnerable individuals is preferred.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- A proactive, 'can do' attitude.
