Full Time, Permanent Position.

We are looking for a Developer to join Talbots in a full time remote position. To be successful, you will need to have previous experience of case management development within a legal setting.

As a Developer will be expected to assist with the development and maintenance of our Case Management Software (SOS Legal) and to provide support and assistance to our end-users on using this software.

What the job involves

  • Maintain and improve existing SOS scripts, functionality and integrations including fault finding scripting issues in response to user submitted help desk logs.
  • Design and specify solutions in response to system enhancements and develop solutions within integrated development environment.
  • Develop and maintain document precedent templates based on user requirements as well as general case management admin, such as setting up new users, changing software permissions, or adding new branches.

What you need

  • Experience working within a case management development role within legal services and will have hands-on experience with API or Integration development
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels and be able to build and maintain strong working relationships with those around you.
  • Ability to diagnose problems and to plan effective and timely solutions
  • Excellent administrative, planning and organisation skills to meet deadlines, understanding the importance of working to strict timescales.
