Case Manager / Processor - Secured Loans

Fully remote - within the UK

£28,000 - £33,000 + Commission (£45k-£55k OTE)

Due to our clients explosive year-on-year growth, we're actively seeking experienced, driven Secured Loan Case Managers to join their award-winning team and take ownership of the complete client journey.

As an experienced Case Manager, you'll be the driving force behind seamless client experiences, taking full ownership from 'Pack In' to 'Funded' stage. You'll leverage state-of-the-art technology to help you deliver fast, efficient, and smooth loan processing that exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full case ownership from application to funding
• Package and process secured loan applications with precision
• Meet strict deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality
• Utilise our clients cutting-edge technology for maximum efficiency
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the journey
  
  

• 2+ years experience in secured loan case management/processing - within a brokerage or mortgage company
• Whole of market environment experience - ESSENTIAL
• Deadline-driven, with proven ability to work under pressure
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and organisational skills
• Detail-oriented with strong presentation abilities
• CeMAP qualified or part CeMAP (preferred but not essential) - Advantageous, not essential
  
  

• Base salary depending on experience between £28,000 - £33,000
• Uncapped commission structure
• £45k-£55k OTE with high achievers earning more
