Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and manage project controls within the PMO.
  2. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with objectives and timelines.
  3. Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost controls for financial efficiency.
  4. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
  5. Track progress, analyze performance data, and generate reports for insights and improvements.
  6. Implement Project Baselines for performance measurement and variance analysis.
  7. Communicate Performance Management Baselines and updates to stakeholders.
  8. Maintain effective stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates.
  9. Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  10. Allocate resources effectively, addressing constraints as needed.
  11. Manage project changes with proper documentation and communication.
  12. Provide leadership and mentorship to the project controls team.
