Overview
Change Lead - Technology Transformation role at Cadence Resourcing. Experienced Change Lead required by a global company to lead business change work streams for a technology transformation programme and the implementation of a new Target Operating Model for the client’s global technology operation. The role involves developing the change strategy, assisting with organisational design, producing an impact assessment, communications planning and engaging with key business stakeholders to ensure successful change delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop the change strategy for a technology transformation programme and new Target Operating Model.
- Assist with organisational design and produce an impact assessment.
- Create and implement a communications plan and engage key stakeholders to ensure successful change delivery.
- Lead end-to-end business change on large-scale, global technology transformation programmes, including implementing new Target Operating Models.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong experience in effectively managing end-to-end business change on large-scale, global technology transformation programmes, including implementation of new Target Operating Models.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to lead change activities within a complex, global organisation.
- Experience delivering change within businesses with low maturity in technology project delivery.
