Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and scaling a partner channel strategy across the UK
- Identifying and recruiting the right type of partners to accelerate growth
- Creating frameworks, enablement materials, and programmes that drive consistent performance
- Building strong, lasting relationships with key partners to deliver mutual success
- Working closely with sales and marketing teams to align go-to-market initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong background in cybersecurity and ideally cybersecurity services (essential)
- Proven experience building or significantly scaling a channel from early stages
- Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on activity
- Skilled in partner recruitment, enablement, and relationship management
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to create structure in a developing channel environment
- Take ownership of a high-impact role at a crucial stage of growth
- Help define and scale a channel programme from the ground up
