The Opportunity
This is not a traditional Channel Account Manager role. As our new Channel & Enterprise Account Manager, you will own a unique hybrid remit. You will engage with channel partners to support day-to-day sales enablement and partner success. But you will also be hands-on in the sales process for larger opportunities, acting as a strategic lead for:
- Inbound enterprise leads (300+ fleet size)
- Co-selling high-value deals with partners
- Developing proposals, pricing, and commercial terms
- This role is ideal for someone who understands the value of an indirect model but knows when to take the reins on key deals to ensure pricing integrity, technical alignment, and professional execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and qualify inbound enterprise opportunities (300+ fleet size)
- Lead discovery, commercial proposal development, and pricing conversations
- Collaborate closely with MANTIS Solution Specialists and Leadership on complex deals
- Assign qualified enterprise deals to capable Channel Partners for rollout
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic Channel Partners, supporting sales enablement, training, and deal support
- Ensure correct deal pricing and commercial structures are maintained across the channel
- Track and report pipeline progress in Salesforce
- Attend key industry events and customer meetings where necessary
- Support the Channel Director on partner capability assessments, performance reviews, and commercial escalations
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a commercial, strategic thinker with a proven background in both channel and enterprise sales. Someone who’s just as comfortable pitching to a fleet director as they are enabling a partner sales team.
Must-Haves
- 5+ years’ experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Enterprise Account Management
- Strong understanding of the fleet, telematics, or vehicle technology sectors
- Experience selling to or working with large fleet operators (300+ vehicles)
- Ability to own commercial conversations and pricing strategies
- Excellent communication and proposal-building skills
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
- Proactive, highly organised, and results-driven
- Experience working with or for a SaaS, CCTV, telematics, or fleet tech business
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar CRM/project tools
- Knowledge of Channel Sales KPIs and performance management
- Exposure to tender/RFP processes for enterprise customers
