What You’ll Be Doing
- Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with key strategic channel partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing support and alignment on goals.
- Collaborate with partners to uncover growth opportunities and align business objectives.
- Deliver training and tools that empower partners to confidently promote and support telematics solutions.
- Drive joint go-to-market strategies to meet revenue and performance goals.
- Help partners optimise their sales pipelines and close deals faster.
- Execute a results-focused channel strategy that maximises partner value and market reach.
- Regularly review partner performance, sales metrics, and financial outcomes.
- Tackle performance gaps and implement improvement plans with accountability.
- Coordinate with internal marketing teams to create impactful, co-branded sales campaigns.
- Ensure partners are equipped with up-to-date product materials and assets.
- Share market intelligence, competitive insights, and partner feedback with internal teams.
- Align closely with product, support, finance, and customer experience to ensure cohesive partner engagement.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in channel management, partner sales, or business development—preferably within SaaS, IoT, or telematics.
- Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
- Proven record of driving sales growth through channel partners.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple partner initiatives.
- Data-driven and commercially minded with a knack for turning insights into action.
- Prior knowledge of video telematics, fleet management, or automotive technology is a plus.
