Founder and Director at Quatro Gymnastics Location: USA, UK, or Europe (Remote) Reports to: Global Sales Manager / Commercial Manager About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and commercially minded individual to lead our new Cheer Division. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and grow a brand-new area within our business. The ideal candidate will have strong connections within the cheerleading community and a deep understanding of the industry’s culture, customer needs, and market trends. Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for all enquiries related to the cheer apparel division. Manage client communications, including quotes, product information, and order updates. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, production, and logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. Represent the company at cheer events and competitions, promoting brand awareness and building client relationships (weekend availability required). Support business development efforts through relationship building, lead generation, and market insight. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Requirements

Actively involved in the cheerleading industry, with a strong understanding of its culture, structure, and commercial landscape. Excellent communication and presentation skills in spoken and written English. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. Strong negotiation, organisation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness and ability to travel and work weekends for cheer events and competitions. Based in the USA, UK, or Europe.

Preferred Qualities

Previous experience in cheer apparel, team management, event coordination, or brand partnerships. A proactive, self‑motivated attitude with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams. Passion for supporting athletes and teams through creative, high‑quality performance wear.
