We're searching for a high-level Partner to join our leadership board—someone ready to build, own, and scale a sales and growth engine from the ground up.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy aligned with overall business goals
• Monitor sales metrics, pipelines, and forecasting to ensure consistent growth
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to optimize the go-to-market strategy
• Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Represent the company in high-level client negotiations and industry events

Qualifications:

• Track record of exceeding revenue targets in B2B/B2C environments
• Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
• Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
• Deep understanding of CRM systems, sales analytics, and modern sales methodologies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
