We're searching for a high-level Partner to join our leadership board—someone ready to build, own, and scale a sales and growth engine from the ground up.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy aligned with overall business goals
- Monitor sales metrics, pipelines, and forecasting to ensure consistent growth
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to optimize the go-to-market strategy
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Represent the company in high-level client negotiations and industry events
Qualifications:
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets in B2B/B2C environments
- Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
- Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
- Deep understanding of CRM systems, sales analytics, and modern sales methodologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
