Deeter Investments is seeking a highly organized and intellectually curious individual to join our fully remote team as a Chief of People and Recruitment. This role handles every aspect of talent attraction (sourcing, marketing, and events) and talent evaluation (interviews and offers) to bring exceptional talent to Deeter Investments.This position is remote.

Responsibilities

·Source and build relationships with top technical talent

·Identify, execute, and implement improvements to our recruiting processes

·Ideate on how to identify top talent.

·Schedule a high volume of interviews

·Identify and establish relationships with campuses (via university faculty, info sessions, networking events, etc.) and position Deeter as a top employer for students

·Frequent travel to campuses to host recruiting events and act as a brand ambassador for Deeter

·Assist with setting up and attending various recruiting conferences and career fairs

·Partner with Recruiting Coordinators on design and execution of a highly efficient interview process. Take candidates through the interview process with a focus on candidate experience.

·Collaborate with stakeholders on updates to our evaluation processes.

·Manage all aspects of the offer process.

·Collaborate with hiring managers on defining key candidate profiles, developing and iterating interview processes, and maintaining a high hiring bar

·Make it better is one of our core values. You will be responsible for process improvements in the areas you oversee, which are primarily interview process, offer process, and candidate experience

·Utilize in-house tools (Greenhouse, Gem, or others) to monitor and improve pipeline metrics. Leverage the data to identify drop-off points or inefficiencies and develop strategies to mitigate them

·Provide real-time support for interviews by managing the interviewer flow and troubleshooting issues as they arise

·Keep hiring teams and candidates up-to-date on recruiting process

·Gather requirements for new jobs and open requisitions

·Support ad hoc projects throughout our recruiting programs by finding solutions, pushing projects forward, updating stakeholders on progress, and collaborating with other team members

·Maintain and develop relationships with all candidates (as hiring needs and interest levels can change quickly), regardless of outcome

Qualifications

·Deep understanding of recruiting pipelines for highly selective, technical, or academic talent

·Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms, plus experience working with analytics/reporting tools

·Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

·Analytical thinker with a process-oriented mindset and keen attention to detail

·Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role depends on education, experience, and knowledge base. In addition, the employee who fills this position will be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive compensation program and comprehensive benefits programs (e.g., medical insurance and other healthcare plans).
