Role Description

A unique opportunity exists to join the CFO Office as Business Executive (Director). This newly created role offers the opportunity to work in close partnership with the Group CFO, acting as their “Right Hand” and covering a wide-ranging brief focused on the key issues and projects the Company is pursuing at any given time. The role involves time with the Finance Leadership Team and playing a pivotal part in shaping and supporting the strategic agenda of the business. The company supports Business Executives with a world-class development programme, including training, growth workshops, mentoring, and leading high-profile projects. These roles can provide a springboard (after approximately 18–24 months) into a leadership position within the Group’s global operations and are a valuable way to introduce top talent into the organisation.

Responsibilities

This is a high-profile position requiring strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level. The role involves working with senior executives in a complex, matrixed environment, including collaboration with remote executives across different time zones. You will be expected to manage relationships, drive outcomes, adapt to change, and work independently or as part of a team.
