We are seeking a highly capable, solutions-oriented Chief of Staff to support the Founder across a dynamic and high-impact portfolio. This individual will act as both a strategic operator and hands-on leader, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and follow-through across all priorities.
You will serve as the central liaison between the Founder and a small, high-performing team — managing communication flow, overseeing deliverables, and ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. This is a pivotal role in orchestrating execution across multiple initiatives, including investments, business ventures in the Middle East, investor engagements, and ecosystem-building in sectors such as AI, wellness, and global brand development.

Location:- Preferably Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Exceptional candidates based in London may also be considered

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Act as the Founder’s strategic partner and chief operator, providing day-to-day leverage across all business priorities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Founder and team, ensuring clear communication, strong alignment, and timely execution of all deliverables
- Manage the internal team of up to 10 individuals, including associates, admin and operations staff, part-time advisors, and assistants
- Own and oversee team scheduling, vacations, accountability systems, and general workflows
- Run regular team check-ins, assign and track action items, and ensure priorities remain on target
- Coordinate and project-manage investor conferences, road shows, external meetings, and business development efforts
- Lead cross-functional project execution, identifying and resolving bottlenecks proactively
- Review and manage operational functions including accounting, reporting, and team logistics
- Prepare high-quality research and briefings; synthesize complex information for decision-making
- Maintain the highest levels of discretion, judgment, and responsiveness in fast-paced environments
Candidates must be / have:
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in a Chief of Staff or senior operator role within a high-performing organization (investment firm, VC/PE, family office, or fast-growth venture)
- Prior experience may include consulting, operations, strategic advisory, or leadership roles in complex environments
- Proven ability to manage teams, lead through influence, and drive clarity and accountability
- Deep organizational strength and operational rigor; thrives in building systems and solving ambiguity
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; operates with precision, diplomacy, and emotional intelligence
- Global mindset with a strong understanding of the Middle East business and cultural environment
- Highly discreet, trustworthy, and committed to excellence
