As a Civil and Commercial Disputes Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload, including contested probate matters, while working in a supportive, collaborative team, with excellent opportunities for professional growth and career development. Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of civil and commercial disputes, including contract disputes, property matters, debt recovery, professional negligence, and contested probate Advise clients from instruction through to resolution, including ADR and litigation Draft pleadings, witness statements, correspondence, and settlement agreements Collaborate with colleagues to deliver effective client solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

1–6 years PQE in civil and commercial dispute resolution Strong litigation experience and knowledge of CPR Confident managing files independently Excellent drafting and client-handling skills Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively
