The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, including:

• Contract disputes
• Property and boundary disputes
• Professional negligence claims
• Debt recovery and insolvency matters
• Contentious probate and other general disputes

You will advise clients throughout the litigation process, from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, working closely with colleagues across the team.

• Qualified Solicitor with civil/commercial litigation experience (PQE levels flexible as a guide)
