Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload including complex possession and property claims, landlord and tenant, title rectification, professional negligence, trusts, commercial, insolvency, and general litigation and dispute resolution.
• Assist and confidently advise junior solicitors within the Litigation department.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication, attention to detail, and strong team collaboration.

Requirements

• Qualified Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE from a reputable team.
• Based in Cornwall or willing to relocate.
