We are looking for a Client Partner to join a fast-growing data consultancy delivering cutting-edge solutions in analytics, cloud, and digital transformation.

About the Role

As a Client Partner, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of strategic accounts (worth up to £5M), driving growth, building strong senior stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of data and digital transformation services.

You’ll work closely with technical and delivery teams to craft innovative solutions that help clients achieve measurable business impact. This is a senior, commercially focused role reporting directly into the leadership team, with responsibility for both revenue and profit growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts with full P&L responsibility.
  • Build long-term partnerships with C-suite stakeholders, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Identify new opportunities in data, cloud, AI, and digital transformation, leading pursuits and proposals through to contract signature.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, data scientists, marketers) to design and deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Oversee commercial aspects such as contracts, pricing, and profitability.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to clients.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 5–10+ years’ experience in client management, business development, or sales within IT consulting, data, or digital services.
  • A proven track record of selling and delivering data analytics, cloud, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and building strong executive-level relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management, contract negotiation, and revenue forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of modern data platforms (e.g. Databricks), analytics tools, and CRM/sales enablement platforms.

Contract: Full-time

Location: Remote (with UK-wide travel)

Base pay range: £90-100K + up to 6-K OTE paid quarterly.
